Scott Wright Phase II Office - Scott Wright Dental Office -Tenant Improvement- To finish a 4,920 square foot dental office tenant improvement on the north side of a new shell building. The shell is being constructed at the same time as the finish on of this tenant space. The shell permit number is BLD09-00174. --- 4/22/09 Plans modified to between grid lines #1 & #1.5 and #E & #D to eliminate private restroom and rearrange floor plan in laundry and storage areas. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
