All items have been corrected except now the exhaust fan is shutting down during activation of the suppression system which it can not do.

The griddle/stove is not 6" behind the edge of the hood as required in the IMC. The light in the hood did not shut off on suppression system activation as per Boise City Ordinance. The manual activation station is mounted too high as per the IFC. The activation of the hood suppression system did not set off the existing fire alarm system as required per the IFC and NFPA 72. The remote annunciator and the monitoring station only showed a fire trouble signal.
