This fire alarm permit is to replace the existing FACP with a new addressable panel in the existing main building. This permit scope also includes new devices for monitoring a new dry sprinkler system in an adjacent new building (Cedar Trim Building). A remote annunciator panel, a manual pull station in each building, a smoke detector in the main building, addressable monitor devices for the sprinkler system in each building, and transient/overcurrent protection are included in this permit scope. Notification is not a part of this permit. HVAC has not been shown as part of this permit scope.

There is no plumbing work associated with the building. All construction per the Engineering, approved plans, and attached plan review report.
