The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers in two separate areas on two floors to accommodate new wall and ceiling configurations. The existing system is a 3"x2 ½"x 1 ½" grid.

(MULVANEY M.O.B. - 2nd & 3rd Floor Lobbies - Shell & Core Upgrade) Permit is to build out the second and third floor lobbies of the shell permit (BLD08-01210). Approval contingent on adhering to approved plans. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to define the second and third floor lobbies, installation of new lighting, new hi/low drinking fountains (one on each floor), new mechanical system, new doors and hardware, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. This permit does not allow occupancy, future permits will be required to occupy any portion of this building. **TLW**
