The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of providing a new sprinkler system. The building has an office area, showroom and storage. The system consist of two grids, one grid has a center rail.

The underground piping was approved under permit is FIR09-00435

Oregon Tile and Marble (Shell Only) - To construct a new 28,670 square foot, one story, retail, business and storage shell building and related site improvements. This building is constructed of concrete tilt-up exterior walls, steel structural roof and interior structural supports. The shell will include the construction of a fire riser room and mechanical room. This building is fully fire sprinkled. The sprinklers are used for area increase and S-1 Occupancy fire area. This is shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to finish this building for occupancy. The plumbing, mechanical and electrical work shown on the approved plans are part of the shell construction. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
