The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating ±11 sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. Sprinklers in the new compartments shall be quick response type.

(Telco T.I.) - Permit to remodel an existing 2,361 square foot office area and add one new fully accessible bathroom with washer and dryer facilities in the existing 5,550 square foot warehouse portion of this 7,911 square foot existing building. Work to include: removal of selective existing office walls and new construction of interior non-bearing walls to create new office spaces, addition of plumbing fixtures and amenities for new bathroom, installation of new lighting, new plumbing, new doors and associated hardware, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
