Work to include: [construction and demolition of interior non-bearing walls to create a new bakery storage area and to enclose an existing utility area], relocating existing lighting, installation of new exhaust fan, installation of new pluming, new doors and hardware, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
