The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(WINCO FOODS - Bakery Remodel) Permit is to remodel an existing 3,476 square foot bakery within an 89,290 square foot retail building (BLD97-03634). Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction and demolition of interior non-bearing walls to create a new bakery storage area and to enclose an existing utility area], relocating existing lighting, installation of new exhaust fan, installation of new pluming, new doors and hardware, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Any racking installed exceeding 8 ft. in height will require a separate racking permit. This building is fully sprinklered for unlimited area building provisions. **TLW**
