(Shige 150 N. 8th) Tenant improvement to an existing restaurant expanding the the existing Shige express into the space previously occupied by Gino's. Work to include the addition of two type I grease hoods attached to an existing exhaust fan and duct (the original duct was required to be in a one hour Shaft, confirm in field the one hour shaft) , the addition of 4 grills and associated gas piping and associated misc. related finishes. All work to be done per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. This building is fully sprinkled, any alterations to the existing sprinkler system requires a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the City of Boise fire Department. CDM
