The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new ceiling and wall configurations.

(HEWLETT PACKARD BLDG 3)(E-CLUB) Remodel work of a 4,660 sq. ft. area on the existing 76,450 sq. ft. 2nd level of HP Building #3, per approved plans. Work to include select interior demolition; construction of interior non-bearing walls to create the E-Club area made up of 6 Focus Rooms, a Pantry, Cafe, Touchdown areas and 3 Team Areas to serve the second level occupants. To construct three accessible ramps to the new area; upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and alarm systems as needed for the remodeled area. Install new interior finishes, millwork, glazing, doors and hardware; install suspended ceiling systems and equipment in pantry.
