The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of fire protection for a new two-story office building. There is a wet and antifreeze system based on light hazard. A new 6" C-900 underground will installed. The underground will come into the building through a new valve room with an outside entrance. The FDC and bell is located remote from the riser in the front of the building. The building is wood frame with TJI and TJS construction. There are sprinklers above and below.

Local Highway Technical Assistance Council - To construct a new 5,800 square foot, two story, wood framed office building and related site improvements. This building will be fully fire sprinkled. 1st Floor: 3,110 sq. ft. 2nd Floor: 2,690 sq. ft. There is an existing office building on this site that will be demolished and removed from the location of the new parking lot. This building will be demolished and removed after completion of the new office building. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
