The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of nine separate areas that are being renovated. The sprinklers are being added from the existing fire protection. The occupancy varies with the areas. At least part of the existing building is protected with a gridded system.

(POWERBAR - Gel Remodel) Permit is to remodel 2,476 square feet of an existing 187,820 square foot Factory. Approval per approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: [construction of three interior walls to create a mix room, a dry room, and a packaging room], construction of a 380 square foot mechanical mezzanine (no storage allowed w/out compliant access), installation of compliant guards around the new mezzanine, installation of new lighting per compliance report, installation of new mechanical units, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
