Yoi Tomo Sushi & Grill - Permit for minor tenant improvement to an existing tenant space with work to include the construction of approximately 50 lineal feet of interior non-bearing partition wall, construction of misc. soffits and the installation of misc. kitchen equipment at hteir original positions and related misc. interior finishes. All work to be done per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. This is a fully sprinkled building due to high rise requirements, any alterations to the sprinkler system requires a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA13 as regulated by the Boise City Fire Department.
