Add one sprinkler to accomodate new wall configuration.
(SBA - Suite # 300) Permit is to infill one door opening, demo a wall between two conference rooms to make a 608 square foot conference room, and install wall in open office area to create a new office. Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing non-combustible wall, infill one door opening, reinstall door removed from infill location, , and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. This Building is Fully Fire Sprinklered for one hour substitution. **TLW**
