Adding and relocating sprinklers to accomodate new wall and ceiling construction.
(BOISE MATTRESS AND YOUTH FURNITURE - Fairview/Milwaukee Plaza) Permit is to remodel an existing 4,470 square foot tenant space created by splitting a previous 10,080 square foot mercantile tenant space into two spaces under BLD06-02616 (This permit must be finaled before we issue a C of O for this space). Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a 3,504 square foot sales floor, an accessible unisex restroom, a mop closed and a 837 square foot stock room], installation of new accessible lever hardware, installation of new exit lighting, installation of new hi/low drinking fountain, installation of new mop sink, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Any racking installed exceeding 8 ft. in height will require a separate racking permit. **TLW**
