The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding on to an existing dry system to protect above and below a new addition. A new main will be connected to the existing riser to supply the new addition.

Inn America Motel Addition - To construct a 660 square foot, one story addition on the front (north side) of an existing 30,235 sq. ft., three story motel building and related site improvements. The addition will include a new entry vestibule, a sitting area, a small pantry and a dining area. This building is fire sprinkled. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
