The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers on 3 different floors to accommodate new wall configurations. This is a very limited TI for each floor. The total number of sprinklers involved is 9. The work will be performed on the 1st , 2nd and 4th floors.

(CRADLEPOINT - 2ND & 4TH FLOORS) NOTE: 1st floor T.I. will be under separate permit. This building is fully sprinklered to substitute for 1-hour construction. Construct interior non-bearing walls to create private offices, open work areas, conference rooms and support areas; upgrade electrical, mechanical, sprinkler and alarm systems; and interior floor and wall finishes. Upgrade of stairs enclosures for code compliance will be under separate permit. drs
