The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The scope of work is only part of the building. The existing system is 2 ½"x2 ½"x1 ¼" grid with a 2 ½" riser assembly and 6" underground. The existing sprinklers were calculated for 225sf spacing utilizing flex heads.

(M2M Communications) For first time tenant improvements to an existing 7,627 sq. ft. space within a 16,500 sq. ft. shell building constructed under BLD06-00288. Work to include the construction of interior non-bearing partition walls, installation of suspended ceiling system, two new accessible restrooms, accessible shower room, 4 new roof top HVAC units and associated ducting, lighting and related interior finishes. All work to be done per the approved plans, plan review report Attached engineering, and any notations. CDM
