This fire alarm permit is to replace the existing DACT functions with and AES RF Wireless Transmitter.

There is an open fire alarm permit (FIR09-00608) that was submitted by a separate contractor utilizing phone lines. Unless a mutual agreement/arrangement can be reached by both contractors, the first FIR will need to be finaled before work can begin on this current permit.

Associated building permit: BLD09-00287 Pacific Cataract & Laser Institute - To construct a new 9,365 square foot, one story with 1,285 square foot mechanical mezzanine, wood framed medical office building (outpatient eye clinic) and related site improvements. This building is fully fire sprinkled. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
