This fire alarm permit is to replace an existing DACT with an AES wireless monitoring panel. There is an IntelliTap module in this permit scope. There is no associated building permit.

NOTE TO INSPECTOR: There is an issued permit (FIR04-00313) for a hood suppression system that has never been finaled at this address. The original fire alarm permit (FIR03-00053) scope includes monitoring the hood suppression system, therefore this DACT will need to be able to send an alarm signal to the monitoring station upon the hood suppression system activation.
