The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding two sprinklers to two new areas due to new wall and ceiling configuration.

To expand the existing research laboratory into an adjacent 537 square foot area that was formerly used as a meeting room. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, mill work, a fume exhaust system, a cooling blower and connected condensing unit, interior finishes, and equipment. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
