This fire alarm permit is to provide new notification devices, a NAC panel to accommodate the new notification, and the removal/relocation of existing smoke detectors and pull stations due to a tenant remodel.
Associated building permit: BLD09-02218 (Idaho Professional Building) For improvements consisting mainly of finishes to the exit enclosure within an existing 3 story 20,391 sq. ft. building with work to include new suspended ceiling and associated lighting, R&R of existing baseboard heaters minor HVAC work consisting of duct extensions and diffusers with in the enclosure and related misc. interior finishes. The second floor hallway will receive new finishes. Some exterior can lights and wall packs will also be replaced. Wall packs are ok to be replaced without a zoning certificate per Andrea Tunning as long as the size, color and design of the wall packs are maintained.
