Relocating and adding 7 sprinklers due two coolers being relocated.

Adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate a new tenant improvement. All sprinklers are being changed to quick response. The existing system is a grid with a 3"x2 1/2"x1 1/2" pipe sizing. Hydraulics were not required because the existing system was calculate based on ordinary hazard group I. The new area is office which is light hazard. With the use of QR sprinklers the remote area would only be 900 sf. Which is considerably less than the original demand.
(Supervalu - General Office 1st floor - phase B)First floor remove selected walls, doors, frames, finishes and new system furniture. New mechanical and electrical work to be done. Fire sprinkler and alarm work per NFPA must be submited to fire planreview .
