This fire alarm permit is to provide notification and duct detectors to accommodate a tenant remodel. The notification will be tied in to existing NAC '200' located in Electrical Room 209.

Work to include select interior demolition; construction of new interior walls to create a PRINT room, TELECOM room, two FOCUS rooms and E-CLUB room. Existing Training room to remain W/ total occupant load of 38 (19 ea. side when partition is shut) based on furniture desk layout. Limited electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems modifications and upgrades. NOTE: Original building was fully fire sprinklered for allowable area increase. drs
