Description
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers due to new wall and ceiling configuration. The existing system is a 3"x2½"x1½" grid.

Plan Mod Scope:
The Fire Sprinkler Plan Mod Scope of work consists of adding fire protection to a new corridor that connects the doctor's office with the North stair. The sprinklers will be dropped and armed over from the existing 1½" shell sprinkler piping at the deck. Additional sprinklers will be armed over to continue the upright protection. All sprinklers are quick response.

(DOCTORS WILLIAMS, ANDERSON, & BOURQUARD)(SUITE 201) To build-out and finish a 4,743 sq. foot portion of the existing 22,000 sq. ft. 2nd floor shell for use as a medical office space per approved plans. Work to include construction of non-combustible interior walls to create waiting, reception, exam, procedure, work, office, storage & support rooms; two fully accessible restrooms (his/hers), one accessible shower and service sink, and; an accessible route throughout; provide electrical, plumbing, mechanical, sprinkler and alarm systems; interior wall, floor, ceiling, millwork, doors, hardware and fixturing; construct an exit corridor through the unfinished shell portion of the second floor to connect two existing exit stair enclosures serving the second floor as required exits. A HI-LO drinking fountain in the common lobby area serves this tenant space. All of the sprinkler piping located above the hard lids is ok for cover. I spoke to Rick and also the general contractor about possible additional sprinkler work in the corridor being built to the north of the new tenant.
