4/28/10: PLAN MODIFICATION
This plan modification is to include in-duct detectors for f/s damper shutdown, relocate four wall notification devices to the ceiling, and also to incorporate the previous review comments and redlines.


4/13/10:
This fire alarm permit is to add and/or replace notification devices, provide synchronization modules, and connect to existing remote power supplies to accommodate a tenant remodel. Initiating devices are not part of this permit scope.

Associated building permit: BLD10-002286 (Supervalu - Riverview 3rd floor) 28 office spaces created on the third floor as well as 2 small conference rooms. Rated doors and walls to be constructed and maintained to accommodate exist access to two stair enclosures existing with in the structure. Three new rated door and six rated doors to be field verified to maintain ratings. New system furniture to be added to open office by owner. This building is not fire sprinklered. Alarm modifications are required to be submitted to the fire plan review dept. meeting NFPA.
