Adding and relocating 15 sprinklers due to wall and ceiling configuration.

(SUBWAY - IN ST AL'S) New 748 sq. ft. sandwich shop in east lobby of first floor in place of gift shop in existing hospital building per approved plans. Work to include select interior demolition and adding a new door out to a covered walk way in the south wall; upgrade of electrical, mechanical & plumbing systems; new RTU requiring structural reinforcing for support; new interior finishes, ceiling systems, millwork and equipment. Approval of modification to the existing sprinkler system and alarm system are not a part of this permit and each requires an application and plans for a separate permit from the fire code plan review before any work on the systems can be performed. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. drs
