(MOLENARS - Albertson's Marketplace) Permit is to remodel an existing mercantile space previously occupied by Supper Suppers (BLD05-03099). This remodel will reduce this tenant size from 1,493 square feet to 982 square feet. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file, CZC10-00081, and redlines on plans. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to isolate off some of the existing area and to create screen walls, installation of new accessible drinking fountains, installation of new service sink, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
