This fire alarm permit is to provide notification and smoke detection to accommodate a tenant improvement. The new smoke detectors will be tied in to the existing Zone #3, and an existing spare NAC will be provided for the new notification devices.

Construct new interior walls to create rooms for Ultrasound, Exam, Break, Waiting/Reception, Nurse/Blood Draw, Housekeeping, Equip. Storage, Two fully accessible Restrooms, Office and Hallway; new egress doors, accessible hardware and maneuvering space at doors for code compliance. Work includes electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems; interior millwork, finishes and drinking fountain, all per reviewed plans.
