Description |
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers due to new wall and ceiling configuration. The existing system has 6" underground piping, 3" riser, 3" feed main and 1½" branch lines.
(ISPCA, Inc.) Permit for minor tenant improvements to an existing tenant space with work to include the construction of new interior non-bearing partition walls, suspended ceilings, electrical, plumbing for a break room sink, HVAC ducting and all related interior finishes. Note: the common path of travel was met by exiting through the conference room and the doors in the conference room are not allowed to have locking hardware. This is a fully sprinklered building; any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Boise City Fire department. All work to be done per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. CDM
