The sales area requires quick response sprinklers above the ceiling due to a non-contiguous ceiling layout. The pendant sprinklers are flex head. The storage area has upright standard response sprinklers only. The existing sprinkler system is a 3"x3"x1 ¼" grid.

The shell and core was done under permit FIR10-00146 which is associated with BLD10-00549.
