Description |
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of dropping sprinklers from the already installed sprinkler lines to the new tenant area. The sales area requires quick response sprinklers above the ceiling due to a non-contiguous ceiling layout. The pendant sprinklers are flex head. The storage area has upright standard response sprinklers only. The existing sprinkler system is a 3"x3"x1 ΒΌ" grid.
The shell and core was done under permit FIR10-00146 which is associated with BLD10-00549.
(APPLE INC. - BOISE TOWNE SQUARE - SPACE 1083) To remodel an existing 5,585 square foot retail tenant space for a new retail tenant. Work to include: [installation of interior non-bearing partition walls to create, a stockroom, a sales area, separate sex accessible restrooms, a genius room, one office, a janitors closet, and an exiting hallway], installation of new flooring throughout, construction of a new storefront system, installation of suspended ceiling system per CISCA 0-2, new lighting, new mechanical system (including ducts and diffusers), and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department, The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC.
