Description
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of a 13D sprinkler system. All piping except the riser is CPVC. The piping is to be tented in the attic. The system is a 1" loop supplied by 2" and 1ΒΌ" poly pipe. The steel riser has a 1" double check backflow preventer.

FIRE SPRINKLERS ARE REQUIRED ON THIS PROJECT. ***TRF*** Permit for the construction of a new 2,582 sq. ft., one story single family dwelling with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, approximately 292, sq. ft. of covered patio/porch and a 975 sq. ft. attached garage. All work to be done per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. R-1C zoning and setbacks per planning. CDM
