(VANILLA FINISH - Federal Way Building #5) Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 13,666 sq. ft. space with work to include the construction of new interior non-bearing partition walls to create reception and office areas and a unisex restroom for a future tenant. A new HVAC unit will be installed on an existing curb and associated ducting will be installed. This is a fully sprinklered building; any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the City Of Boise Fire Department. No occupancy is allowed under this permit. A separate permit is required for occupancy. All work to be done per the approved plans and applicable codes. CDM
