Adding and relocating sprinklers due to new wall and ceiling configurations. The sprinklers are being changed on the 19th and 20th floors
The floors are supplied from dual 6" risers with a 3" feed main and 2" loop per floor.
(STOEL RIVES, LLP - US Bank - 19th and 20th floor) Permit is to remodel an existing 24,852 square foot office space to 15,366 square feet by eliminating floor 18 as being part of this tenant. Permit BLD10-01203 was issued to fill in the opening between the 18th and 19th and move in a new tenant into the 18th floor area. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create three conference rooms within the space, installation of new doors / hardware, installation of new tempered glazing, new lighting, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
