**Energetic Body Wrap LIVE WORK UNIT #25** - For the placement of 23 l.f. of interior non bearing partition with a 3-0 / 6-8 door in the work area in an existing fully sprinklered Live/Work unit to create a 132s.f. office area. Separate permits for the sprinkler system work and an electrical permit is required. Any penetrations of the (townhouse) property line wall are to have membrane pemetration firestop assemblies. Any duct work for heating/cooling will require separate mechanical permits. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
