The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding three sprinklers and relocation one due to new wall configuration. This was original a quick permit. However, it was changed to a level two regular permit during this plan mod.

Plan Mod
The plan mod scope of work consists of adding three similar areas. There will be 15 additional and 16 relocated sprinklers.

Building Department Scope:

(HEWLETT-PACKARD)(BLDG 4 - THIRD FLOOR) Remodel third floor office in existing building per approved plans. Work to include select interior demolition; construction of new walls to create Lab, Set Up / Repair, Training Rooms, E-Club, Focus Rooms and mini conference rooms; upgrade electrical, mechanical, sprinkler and alarm systems. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for allowable area increase per the 1988 UBC, original code of review. drs
