The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding, removing and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. According to the contractor there are (2) 750 Gpm @ 200 Psi fire pumps located in the basement. There are 6" standpipes, 3" feed main and a 2" loop. Change all sprinklers to quick response. When this permit is completed, the entire building will have been changed to quick response type sprinklers per the upgrade agreement of 06-19-03 as referenced in BLD03-00539.

Building Department Scope:

(US Bank Building - Ste#1801 - 18th Floor) PLAN MODIFICATION 7-22-10 - Modification submitted to reconfigure office and work stations layout. The reconfiguring of the space will also spark ceiling and lighting changes. **TLW** Permit is to remodel a 9,126 square foot portion of an existing office tenant space (Stole Rives - BLD04-00029. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create multiple additional office use areas, a conference room (432 square feet), demo / infill existing open stairway, install spray on fire-proofing, installation of new plumbing, installation of new doors / hardware, relocating / removing existing lighting, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Racking that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit be submitted and approved before installation.
