The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate a new ceiling. The ceiling is being changed from drywall to acoustical tile. This project was original reviewed under a quick permit.

Plan Mod Scope:
Correct an over spacing issue and provide hydraulic calculations that prove two sprinklers may be supplied from a 1" drop

Building Department Scope:

(AT & T - Offices) Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 6,180 sq. ft. tenant space with work to include the demolition of some interior non-bearing partition walls, construction of new non-bearing partition walls, suspended ceiling repair, lighting and related interior finishes. All work to be done per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. This is a fully sprinklered building; any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Boise City Fire Department. CDM
