The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate a new wall and ceiling layout. The existing system is reported as a grid, with 2 ½" primary main, 2" secondary mains and 1¼" branch lines. The existing water flow information is S-55, R-20, Q-3000, and D-07/2001.

Building Department Scope:

Permit is to remodel 6,300 square foot portion of an existing building. The 6,300 square feet is a combination of the remaining portions of BLD10-01138 and Pioneer Title & Escrow (BLD05-03033). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work is to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create separate sex accessible bathrooms, two unisex accessible bathrooms, 12 exam rooms, 4 offices, a reception / waiting area, a new vestibule, 5 storage rooms, a nurses station, and a wet clean room], installation of new plumbing, installation of new lighting, installation of new mechanical, installation of new doors / hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This is a fully fire sprinklered building any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT. The system shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Racking that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit.
