(ELK'S REHABILITATION HOSPITAL - Urodynamics- 3rd Floor) Permit is to remodel an existing 270 square foot ADL Kitchen (training kitchen) to be a Urodynamics Center. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing wall to create a fully accessible bathroom, installation of new accessible bathroom fixtures, installation of new hand sink, relocate existing sink and cabinets, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
