Description |
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of revising the sprinkler to accommodate two new walls being added at column lines 3 and 4. Storage is not to exceed 12’ of tools, drywall and steel studs. The existing system is a 6”x4”x3” grid supplied by 6” underground and 8” riser with backflow preventer. The existing water supply is S-60, R-20 and Q-3000
Building Department Scope:
(**VANILLA FINISH** - Building permit required before occupancy) Permit is to remodel an existing 8,570 square foot tenant space to become three different areas 11700 - 2,476 square feet (Summit Wall Systems) / 11734 - 4,821 square feet (Vanilla Finish - Building Permit Required before occupancy) / 11692 - 1,273 square feet (Dead Space - noncompliant tenant space). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. This space requires a permit before occupancy to address non-compliant issues: a mop sink is needed to comply with 2902.2 and barriers are required at the drinking fountain per sec 307 of ICC/Ansi. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
