This fire alarm permit is to provide notification, smoke detection, duct detectors, and manual pull stations to accommodate a tenant improvement. A new NAC panel is being added to accommodate the new notification devices. There is an existing AES module for transmitting signals to the central station that was submitted under FIR09-00543.

Permit for tenant improvements for a medical office within an existing 1,804 sq. ft. tenant space on the first floor of a three story building with work to include the removal of interior non-bearing partition walls, electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures and mechanical ducting within the space. New interior non-bearing partition walls, electrical, plumbing and mechanical and all related interior finishes will be installed. This building is not fire sprinklered.
