The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of installing approximately 10’ of 6” DI underground and yard PIV.

Contractor’s Note: Final
In order to ‘Final’ the underground independently from the overhead piping the underground must be a separate permit.


Building Department Scope:

The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. These changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be required to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit they will do so on their own cognizance
