Permit is to remodel an existing 5,416 square foot office storage tenant space. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to reconfigure two offices, enlarge existing restroom, and to split one office into a reception and office], installation of new accessible doors and hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Racking that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit be submitted and approved before installation. **TLW**
