The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of relocating and adding sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

The existing system on the first floor is a grid with 2” mains and 1¼" lines supplied by a 3” riser.


Building Department Scope:

A partial permit is issued for construction to the framing stage including rough-in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical while the plans for the space are being reviewed. Any construction not meeting code must be removed prior to framing inspection approval and any further construction being authorized. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. These changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be required to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit they will do so on their own cognizance.
