The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of demolishing a part of the fire protection/building. The building will be unoccupied and the power turned off.


Building Department Scope:

Complete demolition of the office portion of the building and partial demolition of the warehouse portion of the existing building. Portions of the existing roof structure will remain and be shored and salvaged for the reconstruction of the building. All rooftop mechanical units will be removed. All demo and structural shoring work to be done per the approved plans. Modifications of the existing fire sprinkler system will require a separate Fire Sprinkler permit, as regulated by the Fire Department. JCM/SJA
