(INFINITY SIGNS – Ste# 107) Permit is to remodel an existing 1,486 square foot retail storage tenant (Last occupied by Essence of Romance under BLD03-02301). The last tenant occupied 3,014 square feet. A future permit is to be submitted by Peter Rockwell in which the other space is defined. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a larger sales room (open office) and to define the application area from the rest of the space, removal of two offices to create a larger work room, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
