This fire alarm permit is to provide a new fire alarm panel for sprinkler system monitoring in a new building. This permit scope includes a pull station, sprinkler monitoring devices, and an exterior notification device to alert the fire department upon arrival which building is in alarm (parcel has multiple buildings on site). No HVAC monitoring has been indicated for this permit scope of work. If duct detectors/HVAC monitoring and shutdown are required/provided, a plan modification shall be submitted and approved prior to calling for a final inspection.

Associated building permit: BLD10-01589 Boise City Parks - Warm Springs Golf Course - Storage and Office Building - To construct a new 7,105 square foot, one story, pre-engineered metal office, shop and storage building. This building is in the floodplain a Second Elevation Certificate based upon as-built floor elevation needs to be provided prior to Contractor receiving a framing inspection. This permit also includes related site improvements. This building is fully fire sprinkled. (Office: 910 sq. ft., Shop: 1730 sq. ft., Storage: 4465 sq. ft.)
