Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 1,788 sq. ft. tenant space with work to include the removal of the majority of the interior non-bearing partition walls, construction of new interior non-bearing partition walls, relocation of existing lighting, minor hvac ducting work and related interior finishes per the approved plans. This building is fully sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. CDM
