The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding four sprinklers to two new offices.


Building Department Scope:

(WESTERN INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGIES – Victory Plaza Bldg 2) Permit is to remodel an existing 7,383 square foot office / warehouse space by adding 487 more square feet of office space. The existing offices will be expanded into the warehouse area. This results in a total of 1,699 square feet of office area and a reduction to 5,684 square feet of warehouse area. (Last occupied by Louis and Company under BLD06-03452). Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create two additional offices, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, installation of minor mechanical, installation of new electrical, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
